Anne and I walked ( with pram containing Freya Rose ) to the garden centre this morning.
We met Maura there for coffee and scones.
Anne is going to weight reduction classes again so she and I shared a scone... apricot - I'd recommend it.
Having inflated with the heat - I've got buns for feet and sausages for fingers - I've taken time out to lie on the couch with my feet up before I head into the village to pick up my prescription.
Maybe I'll have a cold shower first!!
