This is the savoury cake that Gary made especially for Mother's Day. It has chilli in it and carrot and lentils among other things. Gary wasn't too clear about what all the ingredients were.
I quite liked it, especially on Monday when I served wedges of it with fried eggs at lunchtime for Ross and I. Ross couldn't cope with the idea and removed the cake from his plate. After eating the eggs, he tried the cake but admitted after one bite that it just wasn't for him.
